Terms of Service
All commissions will be taken through my Ko-Fi site (www.ko-fi.com/xxmoonangelxx). Payment is received up front in full and cannot be split into payments, no exceptions. All prices are set and are non-negotiable. If you want a quote for a particular commission option that is not listed OR if you have questions about getting a commission, please DM me on Twitter or Instagram to discuss details.Your commission is for personal use ONLY. You are NOT allowed to re-sell your commission nor claim that you made it. It is not to be used for commercial purposes (including NFT and Crypto selling/reselling online). If you are interested in a commercial license, please DM me on Twitter or Instagram and we will exchange emails to discuss further.All commissions are digital, meaning you will receive Hi-Res PNGs for your commission. You will not receive a physical piece for your commission. You will receive two versions of your commission: one with no watermark and one with a watermark.You have permission to use your commission as a profile picture and banner for sites as well as getting it printed. When posting online, use the watermarked version of your piece. Please credit me by either tagging me in the post (all social medias are linked via the icons at the bottom of each page) or linking back to my Ko-Fi page.
Commission Process:
Please read through all of the text when ordering a commission. By hitting "I Agree" at the bottom, you are agreeing to the terms I've set for you for the commission and the process as well as paying me upfront the full amount.When I receive the commission order, I will contact you via DM or email (whichever you decide is best for you). If you choose the DM option, please make sure your DMs are open. I will discuss the commission details and confirm ideas/details and ask questions if need be before starting the WIP sketch.The WIP sketch is a guide to show you what your commission will look like composition-wise (The WIP sketch is available for all commission types except the sketch option). Small details and colors are not put in the WIP sketch. When receiving a WIP sketch, please look over it closely as this is the time during the commission to change things around. You have a total of 5 revisions during the WIP sketch process. If the 5th revision is hit and nothing has been approved, I will discuss the options for you to either continue the commission or cancel and refund issue a refund.When you approve the WIP sketch, I will begin the final process of completing your commission. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your commission to be completed. When 24 hours has passed from you receiving your final commission, I will post the commission to my social media sites.If you need your commission sooner than 2-3 weeks, please mention that when you order your commission so we can discuss it before the WIP sketch process.
Refund Policy:
I have the right to refuse commissions and refund orders at any time. Please refer to my Do and Dont's for my commissions for more details.When receiving your final commission, if you are unsatisfied with what you received, you may request a refund 24 hours after receiving the commission. Once the 24 hour mark has passed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

A YCH commission refers to a "Your Character Here" style of commission. These refer to a base being made for this commission that cannot be changed but facial expressions/hair/clothes can be changed.⭐I really like *insert artist name here*'s style. Can you replicate it for my commission?
To a certain point, yes. Please remember when you commission me, you are paying for my style and not someone else's style to be emulated by me.⭐Do you stream commission processes on Twitch?
