Thank you so much for commissioning me! Please read the following terms to understand how I, xxmoonangelxx, will handle your commission and what you can expect from commissioning me.PAYMENT:
All commissions will be made through VGen (https://vgen.co/xxmoonangelxx). All payments will go through PayPal and all payments for the commission must be paid in full upfront before I can begin the commission. There will be no exception for half or installed payments for any of my commissions.WHAT I’M WILLING TO DRAW

Once payment has been received, the process of starting your commission will begin. I will reach out to you in your desired form of communication (DMs or email) and confirm details of your commission with you. Failure to have the desired form of communication open will subject you to not having your commission completed, so please make sure your DMs are open and you are checking your email and spam folders!Each commissioner will have a WIP, Work in Progress, sent to them (except for those who have purchased the Sketch commission, you will not receive a WIP), to look over before the next stages of the commission. Each WIP has a maximum amount of 5 revisions. If the commissioner and artist(xxmoonangelxx) cannot decide on the finalization of the WIP, other routes will have to be considered, such as refunding the commissioner.Once you, the commissioner, review the WIP and approve the WIP, you MUST reply to me in the desired form of communication, “WIP Approved.” Failure to do so will subject you to having your commission delayed. Once I receive the message “WIP Approved”, I will continue working on your commission.REFERENCES/POSES/EXAMPLES
Each commissioner is highly encouraged to provide references for their commission. These include: pose refs, character refs, emotion refs, clothes refs, background refs, etc. Please note that when including refs, I will still make the commission with my style. I will not make the characters look like the refs unless specifically asked to do so. Don’t feel shy about giving me refs, the more the merrier!TIME FRAME
The time frame for commissions has drastically changed over the past months. Due to real-life circumstances, commissions will not have a set deadline on when the commissioner will receive them. Unless specifically stated by the commissioner when ordering, commissions will be done outside of a specific date. With that being said, please do not message me every day asking about your commission. Please refer to the WorkFlow to find updates about your commission.FINAL PRODUCT & USAGE OF COMMISSION
The commission you will receive is a digital commission, in the form of a PNG. At no additional cost to you, I will make 2 versions of your commission: One with black lineart and one with colored lineart. You will receive a PNG with just my signature and a PNG with my signature and watermark, in total 4 images. Do not remove my signature or watermark on any PNG, failure to do so will result in you getting blacklisted and blocked by me and you will not receive commissions from me in the future.Your commission is for personal use only. You are not allowed to resell your commission nor claim that you made it. Proper credit must be distributed on every social media platform (all of the sites that I’m on can be found on my card: [https://xxmoonangelxx.carrd.co/]. You may tag me in the post or link back to my VGen, but please use the watermarked version when uploading to your social media. After 24 hours of you receiving your commission, I will post your commission to my social media sites. If you have any sites you’d like me to tag you on, please let me know!Your commission WILL NOT be allowed to be used for NFTs or AI-generating imagery. If I find out that you have used your commission for NFTs or AI-generating imagery, it will result in you getting blacklisted and blocked by me and you will not receive commissions from me in the future.REFUND POLICY
Refunds are given under the following circumstances:⭐I am not able to complete the commission in the time stated in the commission order. (This refers to commissioners who need a commission completed in a specific time and have STATED this in the commission order)⭐The commissioner is not satisfied with the final commission within 24 hours of receiving the final commission. (Once 24 hours have passed, the commissioner is not eligible for a refund).⭐I am not comfortable with the commission order received⭐Rudeness/Inappropriate talk towards me while working on the commission. (Please remember that I’m human and not a robot behind a computer screen)For any additional questions you may have, please refer to the FAQ page. Understand that I'm a human being; I'm not constantly working on art and have a life as well as a 9-5 job. DON'T constantly message me about the status of your commission. DON'T get mad/upset with me if I don't answer a DM/message right away (many of my social medias are muted on my phone/computer, but I do check them all at least twice a day).

Unfortunately, no. All prices are set and cannot be adjusted.⭐I have half of the payment for the commission right now. Can I still order a commission?
All payments must be received upfront in full before I can begin on a commission.⭐What is the difference between a simple BG and a complex bg?
A simple BG is now included in each commission. A simple BG is a colored shape of your choosing with small little details added, such as clouds, stars, hearts, etc. A complex BG is a BG where I have to draw out the environment or add special effects. If it's not a colored shape, it's a complex BG!⭐What is a YCH commission?
A YCH commission refers to a "Your Character Here" style of commission. These refer to a base being made for this commission that cannot be changed but facial expressions/hair/clothes can be changed.⭐I really like *insert artist name here*'s style. Can you replicate it for my commission?
To a certain point, yes. Please remember when you commission me, you are paying for my style and not someone else's style to be emulated by me.⭐Do you stream commission processes on Twitch?
Yes, unless the commissioner states they don't want the piece to be shared via Twitch stream.⭐I'm not interested in buying a commission, but would love to leave a tip for you. Is that ok?
